Q3.What files and documents do you request for my PCBA orders?
BOM(Bill of Materials), complete information in excel format. This document should include manufacturer names, part numbers,Reference Designators, component descriptions, and quantities.
Q5. Do you offer assembly on boards fabricated by another company?
A:Yes, we do. You only need to package the PCB and components and send them to us, or we can also help you purchase components and assemble them for you.

A:Medium and Large Batch Price Advantage.Reasonable Price for the Bulk purchasing of components.The two factories also give supports for different orders. We can apply for discounts according to the quantity.

A:PCB Assembly assembles a printed circuit board (PCB) and its components to produce a complete end product.
Q11. How do I order a PCB assembly?
A: Find a manufacturer specializing in PCB assembly and have them quote you on an order, shipping time, etc. Be sure to provide any information necessary (ex: design files and quantities).
Q13.Can you source some parts for my assembly?
A:Yes. This practice is called partial Turn-key. You can supply some parts, and we source the rest of the parts on your behalf. We will ask for your approval for anything that is not sure at our side. In case parts crossing or substitution is needed, we will again ask for your final approval.
Q15. Can I send you some components for my future assembly orders?
A:Yes. However, before you send them to us, please contact us with full details of the shipping information, quantity, and part numbers
Q2.Is there any minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the PCBA order?
A:No, there is no MOQ for PCBA on our side; the order quantity is totally up to you.
Q4. Will Bocheng check the files after I place an order?
A:Once order confirmed, our professional engineer will review all files again.If there is no problem, we will manufacture the PCB exactly as designed. If any problem with the files, we will e-mail you to recheck.

A:The PCB assembly pricing includes setup fee, stencil fee, assembly service fee, components cost, and shipping cost. We do not charge any other labor fees.

A:It depends on the size, depth of boards, and complexity. This isn’t easy to give a straight answer for because it varies greatly depending on many factors.

A:PCB assembly service is the process of assembling printed circuit boards.The process starts with designing a circuit board and then creating copies or fixes to make it manufacturable in large quantities before moving onto the fabrication stage.
Q12. What is turnkey PCB assembly?
A:Turnkey PCB assembly means that the customer does not have to provide any form of sourcing, engineering, or manufacturing. A turnkey service typically will provide a complete package for designing and assembling PCBs.
Q14.When you produce the first assembly, could you send me some photos to confirm the final product?
A:Yes. If you would like to confirm the final product before manufacture, please leave a note “Send me photos of the first assembled board to confirm” in the BOM file or just send this request through email when quote.
Q16.What express delivery options are available? When will I receive my order?
A:The delivery of PCBs takes between three and four working days if sent by express post by FedEx, UPS, DHL or TNT.
